I’ve been a fan of Alaine since I was able to download music over dial-up (since middle school really). I know, I’m ancient like a dinosaur 😆. Alaine is one of the reasons boys fell in love with me. You know, that teenage love where you had to wait until after 7 pm or 9 pm for your minutes to be free (Ino, dinosaur) just so you can sweet talk wid di bebz. Then you would serenade to him. Well, I would serenade (to a special someone) Alaine’s song Deeper. My boo thing would hear me listening to her music, and not long after, he was singing her songs word for word. Alaine’s music has gotten me through so much over the years and her music keeps my soul sweet. Check out Alaine with her track Never Fail.
