On this episode of Lady Mprez Presents, Lady Mprez discusses how she’s disgusted with how people are reacting to the rap beef between Drake & Kendrick. She talks about Kendrick’s Superbowl performance and (mainly) FBA’s (Black Americans) commentary about his performance. She utilizes the topic of this performance to touch back on topics she discussed in past episodes about Superiority Complex, Black not being a MONOLITHIC culture, and how she feels the song “They Not Us” is being used as a political chess move in the Babylonians game to divide Black Americans from their Afro counterparts. She also shows past rap beefs like Nicki Minaj vs Kim to bring in her point. She shows how the Monolithic mentality has rolled over into the music, dialect, and other aspects of the cultures. Lady Mprez wants to see unity between her people and is disappointed how rap beefs has easily divided the culture and the culture doesn’t even realize it. F the Grammys. Black Americans aren’t the only ones who influenced change in the world, Jamaicans aren’t the only ones who speak Patois, and WE NEED TO USE OUR DIFFERENCES TO UNITE NOT DIVIDE. Time for some Real Talk 👏🏾
