Music Monday’s Artist of the Moment: Hoodcelebrityy

Gyal yuh ah walkin’ trophy!

Hoodcelebrityy! You have been chosen for this week’s artist of the moment.
Tina Pinnoch aka Hoodcelebrityy [July 5th, 1991] is an international artist known for her new wave style that she refers to as “Trap Reggae” (Basically it’s trap beats mixed with a reggae influence).

Artist of the Moment: Snow Tha Product- Say B****

“Say B****! Sa-sa-sa-say b****!”

Cool, spiritual, hard-working, and business oriented. Her lyrics definitely bring a hardcore vibe. This Chicana won my pick for artist of the moment.

Girl you brought some life back to me with your unique hip hop flow. ORIGINALITY! That is what Snow Tha Product brings to the table with every rhyme.

Claudia Feliciano [June 24th, 1986], aka Snow Tha Product, is a bilingual singer, rapper, actress, and overall entrepreneur.

Fwecjo Friday: Mr. Killa- Run Wid It

It seems so weird to spell vibes without it being in slang [vybz].
But any who, happy Friday and happy Sabbath. I don’t know what your vybz are tonight, but I am always ready for a Friday. Whether it’s chilling at home playing video-games, or out and about with my cup of WHO KNOWS (you really don’t know what to expect with me) and dancing to WHO KNOWS (a little liquor influence will make me dance to anything).

Music Monday’s Artist of the moment: Nessa Preppy- Majah

Dis ah different kind ah vyb!” That it is. This gyal right here definitely is bringing a different kind of vibe to the world of music. Introducing, Nessa Preppy.

Vanessa John aka Nessa Preppy, is from the beautiful island of Trinidad. It really sparked my interest to find out that she was actually born in Germany. Her father is German and her mother is Trini. Sometimes we forget how diverse the world is because we’re so use to stereotypes.

Music Appreciateion: Riddims

So if you read my About Moi section
(Under the menu tab), you’ll notice I’m a Yanksta.
So it only makes sense that I enjoy Reggae to some degree.
Even though I’m a music junkie and love all genres of music, there’s something I truly enjoy about my era of Reggae & Dancehall, and that was the Riddims. Yes, the Riddims.

If you’re not familiar with the Reggae-Dancehall culture or Soca & Calypso culture, then maybe the term “Riddim” is new to you. Riddim, translated into English is “Rhythm”. Basically, it’s an instrumental.

Now the reason I have a high respect for the Caribbean music scene,
is how you can really see an artist creativity on a track.
One Riddim, 10 artist, 10 different sounds.
